What is Bhartiya Gau Raksha Dal?

The Bhartiya Gau Raksha Dal was incorporated in the India, March 2010, non-profit, tax-exempt organization. Sh Pawan Pandit and Sh. Naveen Sharma are its managing directors.

Bhartiya Gau Raksha Dal Mission Statement

Bhartiya Gau Raksha Dal's primary concern is to present alternatives to agricultural practices that support and depend upon the meat industry's slaughter of innocent animals, specifically the cow. To this end, Bhartiya Gau Raksha Dal presents the practices and philosophy of compassionate cow protection which includes training oxen (male cows or steers) to replace farm machinery and thereby show an alternative to their slaughter. The tenets of cow protection are universal and nonsectarian, available to all regardless of race, creed, or nationality.
